Wellers Hill State School’s Student Code of Conduct sets out the
responsibilities and processes we use in our school to promote a productive,
effective whole school approach to student expectations.
Its purpose is to facilitate high standards of behaviour from all in the school
community, ensuring learning and teaching in our school is prioritised, where
all students can experience success and where staff enjoy a safe workplace.
The school community includes all adults and children who are involved with
Wellers Hill State School.

Positive Behaviour for Learning
In 2020 Wellers Hill State School began the journey to embed Positive Behaviour for Learning. Through Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) we aim to actively promote and maintain a safe, respectful and positive learning environment for all students, staff and the community.
PBL is an educational process that brings together the whole-school community to contribute to developing a positive, safe and supportive learning culture.
This Responsible Behaviour Plan for Students is designed to facilitate positive behaviour that promotes student engagement in learning at our school.
